BIM Coordinator – BIM Team A leading architecture and design practice is on the lookout for a BIM Coordinator to join its BIM Team. If you have strong Revit skills, experience implementing BIM workflows, and a passion for digital design, this could be an excellent next step in your career. About the Practice The role is with an award-winning architecture practice with a well-established reputation for quality architecture, master planning, and interior design, built on extensive experience across workplace, lifestyle, and leisure sectors. With studios in central London, Manchester, and Wrocław, the practice takes pride in delivering sustainable, inspiring environments, often working alongside renowned artists and interior designers to push creative boundaries with bold, bespoke design solutions—while championing the importance of public art. The Role As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining BIM workflows across the practice. You will work closely with project teams, ensuring seamless integration of digital design processes while supporting the efficient use of Revit and other BIM technologies. Key Responsibilities include: BIM Implementation: Develop and oversee BIM workflows, ensuring project teams are aligned with best practices and industry standards. Revit Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to project teams, enhancing their proficiency in Revit and related software. Model Management: Maintain high-quality BIM models, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of BIM methodologies across projects. Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK BIM standards and project-specific requirements, supporting teams in delivering compliant digital models. Candidate Requirements Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience managing BIM workflows in an architectural environment. A solid understanding of UK BIM standards, including BS EN ISO 19650. Experience supporting project teams with BIM model coordination, troubleshooting, and best practices. Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support teams in BIM processes. Passion for digital design and a proactive approach to problem-solving. What’s on Offer A competitive base salary of £46,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. Pension contributions.
