Job Title: Mobile Device Management Specialist Client Location: Central London/UK Remote Starting: Sept 2024 Salary/Pay Rate: TBC Hours: Full-time Duration: 12 months We are seeking a Mobile Device Management Specialist to manage corporate mobility orders and provide exceptional support. This role involves close collaboration with Tech Operations and Support Specialists to deliver world-class service to the employees. The specialist will work directly with carriers and a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) partner to address employee inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring high employee satisfaction. This is a 12 months contract, based in the Central London office. Roles and Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between customers and mobile vendors to ensure a smooth and positive user experience. Contact vendors to obtain the latest lead times and update purchase orders with new dates and information about delays. Address vendor performance issues promptly and analyze alternatives to make necessary changes if problems persist. Possess extensive knowledge of mobile device setup and support. Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in handling mobile device orders and maintaining accurate transaction records. Effective verbal and written communication skills for in-person and phone interactions. Experience working with global mobile carriers in the US, Canada, LATAM, and EMEA to ensure timely delivery of employee requests. Strong knowledge of mobile device purchasing and procurement workflows. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
