SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to design, implement, and maintain SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for a Utilities Customer. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to drive innovation and support business processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions, including Green Field Instance setups. Customize workflows, reports, business rules, integrations, extensions, KUT fields, and custom objects. Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications. Provide technical support and ensure security compliance for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Qualifications: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 or strong implementation of prior C4C versions. Expertise in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Functional knowledge of customer service processes in the Utilities industry. SAP certifications preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
