Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time and work remotely. As a Full Stack Engineer at Aplo Group, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power our e-commerce growth strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless, user-friendly interfaces and robust back-end systems, leveraging modern technologies to solve complex problems. Your work will directly contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our clients' e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities Back-End Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient server-side applications. Database Management: Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL databases to support dynamic and data-intensive web applications. API Design and Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems. Front-End Development: Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries. UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to ensure an exceptional user experience, with a focus on usability and accessibility. Data Transformation and Reporting: Implement solutions to manipulate, analyze, and display complex data sets for real-time insights. Scalability and Performance: Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, and scalability under varying loads. Debugging and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues across the stack, from client-side scripts to server-side logic. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, data analysts, and marketing strategists to align development efforts with business objectives. Qualifications: Technical Skills Proficiency in Full-Stack Development , with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Advanced Back-End Development experience, including database design, server-side logic, and API integration. Expertise in modern Front-End Development frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and responsive design principles. Strong knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) , including pre-processors like SASS/LESS. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and query optimization. Familiarity with data transformation pipelines and building tools for reporting and analytics. Skilled in designing secure and scalable RESTful APIs . Problem-Solving and Collaboration Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other engineers in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements Experience with performance optimization for high-traffic web applications. Understanding of best practices for authentication and authorization , including role-based access control. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Compensation: $90,000/year as a full-time employee plus benefits. Why Join Us?
