Senior Product Manager Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Sr Product Manager to place at our client, a top Canadian Bank Client: A top Canadian Bank Terms: 6 months Location Hybrid- 1 day onsite- Downtown Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, a proven track record of product development, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our product offerings and client experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with the bank's overall vision and goals. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in wealth management. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technology, and compliance, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery. Client Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, using insights to drive product innovation and improvement. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings. Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, with at least 5 years in a product management role. Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, services, and regulatory environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar are highly desirable.
