Space Operations Transformation Consultant Grade: Senior Manager Industry: Defence & Space Location: London – Hybrid Employment: Full Time All applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply. The Opportunity: For the UK Government, maintaining National Security is a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year mission. To support its complex operations, the MoD partners with this Big4 Firm to empower critical thinking and drive value across its strategic Space initiatives and technology investments. The Role: As Senior Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Defence Air & Space to support the MoD and its partnering Space Agencies in delivering complex technology and transformation programmes. With aspirations to double in size over the next 12 months to around 50 consultants, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Firm's UK Defence Space Capability - leveraging your deep network within the Space Domain to drive business development initiatives. Required Skills/Experience: British Passport Holder with active MoD DV Clearance Established network within UK Space Command, DE&S, and UK Strategic Command Experience in a senior client-facing role at a Blue Chip Consulting firm Expertise in the UK Space Domain with knowledge of Government/MoD Space projects Proficiency in designing and delivering operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies Understanding of Defence & Security sector challenges and innovative government strategies Awareness of current business environment drivers: digital, automation, robotics, advanced analytics Strong project management skills, including detailed project planning and adherence to strict timelines Expertise in Operating Model Design to create optimal business architecture for digital strategy implementation Proficiency in Service Design, focusing on user-centric solutions to deliver maximum value and best experiences.
