Oracle EPM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead, FCCS Technical Analyst with expertise in Oracle EPM to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing our Financial Close and Consolidation Solutions (FCCS) within Oracle EPM. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the effective implementation and optimization of FCCS solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of FCCS analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM FCCS solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployments. Collaborate with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions. Oversee system configurations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring solutions meet business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the FCCS platform. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal policies. Stay current with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge. Key Requirements: Proven experience with Oracle EPM, specifically FCCS. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in configuring and managing FCCS solutions. Previous experience leading a team or acting in a senior capacity within a technical environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends. What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £60,000.
