Responsibilities : • Deliver data science and machine learning solutions. • Take responsibility for project budgets, status reporting and client deliverables. • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders. • Provide Defence and Security specialist industry knowledge in the AI & Data domain to our clients and furthering our offering in new and innovative technologies or applications of technologies. • Lead content development for client bids and contribute to presentations of proposals. • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution. Requirements : We are looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills and experience, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work. • Managing projects, work streams or teams and taking responsibility for team or project deliverables. • Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. • Track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritising needs, and delivering results in an agile, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication including direct correspondence with senior leadership. • Deep understanding of the lifecycle of Data Science and Machine Learning projects, from research and design, to developing, testing and managing solutions. • Experience in the Defence and Security sector. Candidates will hold experience delivering services related to one or more core Data Science / Machine Learning domains: • Advanced statistical modelling. • Machine learning / deep learning. • Computer vision. • Natural language processing. • Machine Learning Engineering. • Machine Learning Operations (MLOps). • Ethical AI. Working with a range of tools such as: • Data Science languages e.g. Python and development tools e.g. Git, Jira, BitBucket. • Machine Learning frameworks e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch. • Cloud technologies e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
