Business Management Consulting: As an AI & Data Consultant, you will optimize our clients' business processes and design forward-looking AI strategies that sustainably enhance their competitive positions. You'll translate complex business problems into actionable technology concepts and present key insights and solutions at the management level. Data and Technology: • Extracting, processing, and analysing data from a variety of structured and unstructured corporate sources, third-party providers, and publicly available data. • Using cloud data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Databricks, etc., to process and analyse complex, large datasets. • Ideally, experience using cloud products and solutions via APIs, especially MS Azure and AWS. • Designing multi-stage data pipelines that combine scripted transformations and API calls to various services. Data Science: • Using Python or R to analyse and model complex and extensive data. • Developing and applying models for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, natural language processing, or GenAI. • Creating AI models, algorithms, and applications and integrating the developed AI solutions into existing business processes. • Designing and implementing reports and visualizations that clearly, concisely, and compellingly present results, aligning with business goals and key analytical questions. • Clearly communicating technical approaches, implementations, and results to a non-technical audience. Key Responsibilities: • Extract, process, and analyse data from various corporate sources, third-party providers, and public data. • Use cloud data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Databricks) to analyse complex, large datasets. • Design multi-stage data pipelines combining scripted transformations and API calls. • Develop and apply models for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, NLP, or GenAI using Python or R. • Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and create compelling reports and visualizations. • Communicate technical approaches and results to a non-technical audience. Your Profile: • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional or consulting experience, ideally in management or IT consulting. • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. • Proven experience in data science and machine learning initiatives, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks. • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modelling techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for driving excellence and fostering collaboration.
