Software Development Team Lead

Role Overview As the Software team lead you will be managing the development team who create the bespoke software used in our world class driver-in-the-loop simulators. What will you be doing? Leading a dynamic and talented group of developers who work on cutting-edge software solutions on world leading, award-winning, automotive simulators. Communicate with stakeholders and understand and specify system interfaces, including to hardware and software components. Directing on the use of modern software programming and integration methods to deliver the best solutions to our customers. This role has the possibility of travel to international customer installations to commission and service our systems. What are we looking for? A strong leader, with experience in coordinating teams and being able to communicate clearly. Proven ability to work with systems composed of hardware and software sub-units.
