Technical Architect - .Net / Azure / DevOps – up to £70,000 – London (Hybrid – 2 days a week) This is an exciting opportunity to work for a not-for-profit publishing company in the heart of London. Our client is looking for someone to join the team as technical architect, however, experience as an out and out Architect isn’t needed. They are looking for someone who has 5 years’ experience as a Senior .Net developer who is ready to take the responsibility of technical architect. The business is 120 in size with revenues over £100 million and you will work with a technology team that currently spans 12 people. The business are located within central London and they operate on a hybrid working policy with 2 days in there office required. Role As Technical Architect you will be working closely with the Solution Architect to design and deliver technical systems, looking at new innovative solutions within technology as well as well as making sure the million lines of codes within their system continue to be performant. You will also work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure effective technical decisions are made and systems are able to run smoothly as well as providing technical knowledge and support the team with any challenges that they may face. This role is not a hands-on coding role as you will focus totally on architecture, but knowledge and experience of coding is essential.
