SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES Following our recent acquisition by Insight, we are on an exciting growth and partnership trajectory. To support and lead Amdaris on this journey, we are looking for a new Solutions Director to manage the function that consults and advises clients to help them understand how their business strategy and goals can be realised. Overseeing the delivery of solutions engagements across Amdaris, the Solutions Director is responsible for the success of all Amdaris Solutions teams and engagements. The Solutions Director provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the Solutions teams to ensure high standards for Solutions engagements. Key Responsibilities: Creates the strategy for Solutions engagements in partnership with the Chief Delivery Officer. Accountable for delivering and implementing the Solutions Delivery strategy. Leads the implementation of new/improved quality standards for Solutions and ensures those standards are applied across all Solutions engagements. Ensures that an appropriate consistent approach to stakeholder management is used across all Solutions engagements. Assists senior leadership in the setting of strategy for client relationship management within the Solutions community. Identifies skills gaps and aids the development of the training framework for the Solutions community. Collaborate with Sales and Finance to help determine prices and rates for Solutions engagements. Support sales in Pre-sales activities including client meetings and production of proposals in relation to Solutions as required. Ensures that consistent standards and approaches are used for risk management across all Solutions engagements. SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS Significant experience in the delivery of software projects using Product and Agile methodologies. Significant demonstrable experience of influencing across the organisation, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers in relation to delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, technology partners, and vendors. Excellent knowledge of appropriate frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, FEAF) as defined by industry best practice. Demonstrable ability to lead user/customer collaboration throughout all stages of work. Strong analytical, numerical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and identify trends proactively.
