Our team consists of highly-skilled cross-functional consultants, analysts, and support staff. The Role: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our Identity Access Management (IAM) systems, with a primary focus on SailPoint technologies. If you have strong real-world experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Customize SailPoint components to meet specific client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing IAM systems. Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure IAM policies align with regulatory requirements. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for the IAM solutions. Ensure smooth integration of SailPoint with other security tools and IT systems. Key Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation. Alternatively, strong Identity Access Management (IAM) experience in a similar role with practical, real-world expertise. Proficiency in Java, XML, and other scripting languages used for SailPoint customization. Understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, user provisioning, and governance. Experience with system integration, including APIs and connectors to third-party systems. Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues. Experience in working within a high-security environment and adhering to strict compliance standards. Requirements: SC Clearance is mandatory. Proven experience in SailPoint development or other leading IAM solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
