About the Opportunity Are you a detail-driven Test Analyst passionate about ensuring technology runs smoothly? Youll conduct functional testing across platforms like Salesforce, financial systems, and other SaaS products, designing test plans, running manual tests, and identifying issues. Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with Project Management, IT, and Business Services teams to enhance testing effectiveness in a DevOps agile environment. Your insights will help refine processes and ensure we continue delivering high-quality solutions that make a difference. About You With strong experience in functional testing, you thrive in a collaborative setting and can explain technical concepts clearly. Your keen eye for detail helps you identify potential issues others may overlook. Experience with Salesforce enables you to navigate its ecosystem effectively, ensuring reliable technology that supports our mission. Key Responsibilities Analyse functional requirements, design test plans, and define test conditions in a DevOps Agile environment. Create, maintain, and execute manual test scripts to ensure system reliability and reusability. Identify defects, support resolution, and document outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing phases and improve Agile development processes. Contribute to testing strategies and refine best practices.
