Change Manager £550pd outside IR35 6m contract, immediate start Hybrid with some UK travel Altum Consulting has been retained by a leading UK housing association. They are looking for an experienced Change Manager to set up, train and embed a user group within the business to lead on change impacts, readiness and adoption for small digital changes connected with their internal case raising system and CRM. Small releases on a frequent basis do not require dedicated change resource but do require light change management support through a champion network, as basic user capabilities are not sufficient to make the embedding of change happen quickly and easily. Key responsibilities Set up a user and manager group (champion network) to understand change, support users learning and embed change (manage adoption) Move the management of these groups into the BAU processes (make them self-sufficient) Establish the group cadence and expectations Establish ways of working and role responsibilities Establish a way to measure the small releases for change readiness and adoption Move the measurements into the BAU processes About you Solid understanding and knowledge of change approaches and methodologies Experience in managing change adoption and behaviour change. This role does not require technology SME, although an understanding of system adoption would be an advantage Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, in writing, on video and in person While this role is mainly remote based, you must be willing to occasionally visit sites across London, Bedfordshire and Essex as required for the role eg running a workshop This role requires an immediate start so please don't hesitate in applying.
