Database Developer

Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior Database Developer to support the development, operation, and sustainment of the core information system capabilities of the department. This is an ONSITE 1 year long contract with the opportunity to extend. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain the Information Management systems currently in use within the department. Maintenance includes the implementation of security patches for commercial products used within the system and resolution of user-identified problem reports. Continue development of the following Information Management systems currently in use. Continued development includes the implementation of new releases for commercial products used within the system and resolution of user-identified feature requests, as well as updating all associated documentation. Design, develop, implement, test and document the following new Information Management systems. Qualifications and Skills Ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, designing, developing, implementing, testing and documenting new information management solutions Seven (7) years of experience developing custom information management solutions including the underlying databased design and user interface Experience with erwin Data Modeler, Telerik DevCraft, and HaloITSM
