Location: Cambridge, ON (Hybrid) Job Description: One of our premier clients is seeking an SAP S4 Change Management Leader. The SAP S4 Change Management Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of a change management strategy and plan lead and execute the organizational change management activities to enable successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4HANA Change Management Leader will drive all change management and communications deliverables and activities as the client explores, realizes, deploys, that come with new processes, data governance, roles, and required behaviors). The change management leader will be responsible for ensuring collaboration and integration across the stakeholder management, communications, and training teams. Responsibilities will include: Develop change management strategy and plans, program communication Provide hands-on leadership and support and input to critical path deliverables and milestones, and ensure that the organizational change management services meet the requirements of the stakeholders. Act as a liaison with other workstream leaders, ensuring integration and consistency for impacted stakeholders across the broader engagement globally. Consult with business sponsors, stakeholders, system integrators while driving iterative, collaborative progress across change management, communications, and training teams. Provide hands-on support and direction to Change Management, Communications and Training Leads Ensure that Organizational Change Management services meet the targeted needs of impacted stakeholders resulting from the changes that the new process, roles, and technology brings. Deliver Organizational Change Management reporting, measurements, and report progress to Client Leadership Candidate requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. Master's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Social Sciences, psychology, computer science, engineering or equivalent). 8 years experience in change management/ pharmaceutical/vaccine manufacturing . Experienced in fully life cycle programs in leading complex SAP S4 HANA driven Change Programs. Knowledgeable in S4 HANA Change Management Methodology ( SAP Activate Methodology or equivalent) Experienced in development of Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Collection, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery. Bilingual English and French Must be available to travel to France 10-15% of the time.
