Alphamoneta, we are an executive search firm with a mandate to hire a Chief Executive Officer for the UK region for an esteemed client of ours. About the Company: Our Client is a global leader in optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, digital transformation, and business process management with deep domain expertise in automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence. About the Role: The CEO (UK) will be responsible for implementing the company's vision and strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading the overall direction of the organization for the European geography. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior management positions and a deep understanding of business operations and leadership principles in the IT services and consulting industry. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's strategy in alignment with the board's vision and goals Lead and motivate a high-performance management team Manage the organization's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. Predict the financial performance in the future. Drive operational efficiency and productivity throughout the organization Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of strategic partnerships Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a positive and productive company culture Manage top-level relationships with key stakeholders and customers Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 20 years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry and at least 10 years at the leadership level Understanding of AI, Digital, Data, and cloud technologies Deep understanding of the BPO landscape. A strategic mindset with strong business acumen Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and budgets An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to build trust with stakeholders and maintain effective relationships
