Define your own future with Allvue Systems Job Summary We are looking for Credit software implementation experts to join our Partner Success team. You will have a strong background in the implementation and technical configuration of Credit Front Office and Investment Accounting software and a desire to help our delivery partners succeed as they take on new projects. You will be motivated to share your knowledge by providing in-person and remote training, creating and enriching enablement materials, and providing guidance and support throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Responsibilities Support Delivery Partners as they implement and configure the Allvue Credit software solutions Engage with other subject matter experts to set specific learning objectives and outcomes for partner certification and ensure that content matches those objectives Coordinate and lead live training sessions Assist the Allvue sales team and delivery partners in scoping and assessing new opportunities Review training content and materials to ensure they meet current needs and standards, and proactively provide suggestions and recommendations for improvements Build product knowledge through training, self-directed research and testing, and working with other senior team members across the organization Assist in technical and system design specific to our ability to onboard and support partners Requirements Experience and expertise in implementing investment management software Demonstrated success in training and onboarding partners, clients, and team members Strong technical skills including MS SQL Working knowledge of private and public credit markets Excellent problem-solving abilities Demonstrated self-starter Great teamwork skills Enthusiasm for technology and finance Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback Detail-oriented & strong work ethic Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities Education/Certifications University degree in related discipline preferred What We Offer 20 Working days of vacation Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance Enterprise Udemy membership with access to thousands of personal and professional development courses Pension Scheme Competitive pay and year-end bonus potential Charitable Donation matching, along with Volunteer and Voting PTO Numerous team building activities to promote collaboration in a fun and fast-paced work environment
