Oracle Senior Manager - Management Consulting Alexander Ash Consulting are working with a rapidly growing management consulting firm that operates with a supportive, entrepreneurial spirit. The firm is experiencing significant growth and investment, particularly within their ERP Oracle practice. They are seeking a senior leader in Oracle Transformation to help build and expand the Oracle capability within the business, increase revenue, and actively contribute to deliverables. The Role Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell Oracle transformation solutions and services - across Public & Private sector. Accountability for consulting revenues and margins for the key account(s) responsible for (annual revenue target of $3-5M from consulting engagements) Assume the role of trusted advisor to clients providing guidance in all matters relating to Oracle within relevant market segments. Hands-on leadership in driving new business, sales, strategy and the implementation of Oracle solutions into mid to large enterprises and improving business processes. Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary solutions for solving client’s problems. Requirements Must have Management Consulting expertise with a successful delivery track record spanning 10 years (Big 4 or technology consulting) Should be a recognised expert in Oracle, and consistently demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision. Oracle Transformation expertise - sales, advisory & implementation Must have a proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, whilst delivering business objectives within large corporate environments where there is rapid change.
