Exciting Opportunity for ServiceNow Experts in a Major Government IT Transformation We’re on the lookout for experienced ServiceNow Consultants specializing in ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM to join a high-impact, 2-year government IT transformation project in London. This project will revolutionize the way government services are delivered, leveraging the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. We're offering a competitive day rate (outside IR35) with roles available at various seniority levels, including Senior Consultants. What We’re Looking For: ITOM Consultants: Lead and optimize ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow. Configure and customize to meet the unique needs of the government entity. ITSM Consultants: Drive the full implementation lifecycle of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. ITBM Consultants: Be the expert in IT Business Management, focusing on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Management, and Demand Management. Ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
