Support clients with onboarding onto the company's digital platform. Communicate with clients throughout project to understand needs. Create and manage project timelines, spanning with the design and development teams. Manage multiple research projects at one time. Requirements: Market Access experience required. Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical consultancy experience required. 3 years in Client Success/ Account Management or similar. Experience renewing and expanding existing accounts.
