You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Python-based applications, with a particular emphasis on utilizing PySpark and pandas for efficient data manipulation and analytics. Responsibilities: Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Python applications tailored to the needs of our insurance operations. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement data pipelines for ingesting, cleansing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and optimization, driving efficiency and effectiveness in insurance processes. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Qualifications Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong focus on data processing and analytics. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
