System Architect

Job title: Systems Architect Location: Stevenage, Hybrid working available Contract: Permanent About the role As a Data Handling Systems Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data architecture solutions, enabling our team to deliver cutting-edge products to our clients. What you'll be doing Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data handling requirements and translate them into scalable system designs. Design, implement and maintain data handling solutions, ensuring efficient data flow and seamless integration with existing systems. Analyse and optimise system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancement strategies. Work closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the full development cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. About you Proven experience within a system architecture in a space/aerospace/defence environment is essential. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing solutions. Solid understanding of system performance optimisation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data handling in the cloud environment.
