Full Stack Web Developer (Shopify)

Hello there. We’re a tight-knit, fully remote team passionate about creating high-quality Shopify apps that make merchants' lives easier. Our workday is designed to support work-life balance, with reduced hours (9 AM–4 PM, Monday to Friday) so you can enjoy more time outside of work while collaborating with a skilled team of 8, including two senior developers. We use modern frameworks like React, GraphQL, and Node.js to build and support our portfolio of Magical Apps, and we’re looking for someone like you to help us grow. What You’ll Be Doing Hit the ground running by contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of Shopify apps from day one. Collaborate closely with a small, talented team to build better apps that solve real problems for Shopify merchants. Your ideas and contributions will have a direct, big impact. Use modern frameworks like React, GraphQL, and Node.js to deliver exceptional user experiences that merchants love. Solve challenging technical problems with creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset. Bring a strong desire to become a subject matter expert in Shopify app development, continuously improving your skills and staying ahead of industry trends. Required (We’re counting on you to do these without much guidance) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with Node.js and React. Familiarity with GraphQL. Recommended (We’ll support you as you pick these up) Shopify APIs. Liquid template language. GIT. Nice to Have (Impress us): Knowledge of Web Components, MongoDB, Next.js, or Remix. You’ll be part of Agency Dominion Inc., a small, friendly, skilled team of 8 designers, developers, and project managers. Since 2010, we’ve been delivering excellence across three unique digital services: Agency Dominion: Crafting world-class websites for hotels and resorts. Beam Local: Providing turn-key, supported websites for small and medium businesses. Magical Apps: Building Shopify apps that empower merchants to sell more. Your primary role will focus on Magical Apps, where you’ll help us create tools that merchants love to use. Company Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000 CAD. Hours: Reduced workday, 9 AM–4 PM, Monday to Friday. Location: Remote, Canada-based applicants only. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
