SAP SAC Reporting Lead

Overview As a Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience with SAP BW/BW4Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAC reporting, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, and implement robust reporting models and dashboards. Additionally, you will provide guidance and best practices to the project team, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. As a team lead, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team's success. Role and Responsibilities Provide leadership, planning and guidance to AG Reporting team. Lead and manage SAP reporting projects from inception to completion Develop and implement reporting solutions using SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP SAC, and SAP SAC reporting Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting requirements and deliver optimal solutions Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy Provide training and support to clients on SAP reporting tools and methodologies Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and analytical applications Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals and timelines Analyse and troubleshoot issues related to SAP reporting and provide effective solutions Generate detailed documentation of reporting processes, solutions, and project outcomes Facilitate workshops and presentations for clients to showcase reporting capabilities and solutions Qualifications/Experience A certification in SAP SAC planning is required. A willingness and ability to travel frequently to EU in line with project requirements. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP SAC, and SAP SAC reporting. Exposure to other analytical applications is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines. Proven track record of successful client engagements and project implementations.
