This company are a leading provider of property solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Desk Scheduler / Co-Ordinator to join the Operations team at their Basildon office. As a Service Desk Scheduler / Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of nationwide works. You will oversee a designated team of site-based technicians, ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and field teams. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and plan nationwide projects. • Act as the primary point of contact for a team of technicians. • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and technicians to facilitate job completion. • Manage project tasks to ensure delivery within budget and timeline constraints. • Order equipment and materials as required. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and method statements. • Organise pre-planned maintenance and reactive tasks. • Maintain accurate records using Excel and client-specific scheduling systems. About You To be considered for this role, you must have: • Experience in scheduling engineers or subcontractors across multiple sites. • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Computer literacy, with experience using Excel and scheduling software. • A good knowledge of UK geography (preferred but not essential). There is room to progress in this role as the company is growing and expanding year on year Working Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Working hours to be agreed within office hours (08:00 - 17:30).
