Job Title: Product Support Analyst Location: UK Remote Remuneration: Hourly rate from £36.54 to £40.38 Contract Details: Temporary contract for 6 months Working Pattern: Full Time Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join their team. As a Product Support Analyst, you will work to ensure businesses are maximising the use of the advertising solutions. Responsibilities: Build technical expertise in various advertising products Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practises and product setups Troubleshoot and prioritise technical advertising issues, escalating to specialists when necessary Communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product information to the sales and account teams Deliver a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs, meeting all support SLAs Identify opportunities to optimise and automate workflows and support processes Skills: Experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries Ability to troubleshoot and escalate tickets effectively Strong communication skills, translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences Familiarity with advertising technologies including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Restful APIs Familiarity with SQL Contract Details: This is a temporary contract for 6 months, offering an hourly rate from £36.54 to £40.38.
