As a leading global financial institution, they are committed to providing outstanding banking solutions that empower individuals and businesses alike What You Can Expect Location – Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week) Salary – £80,000 Industry – Financial services Work Type – Permanent Key Responsibilities as a Reward Manager Co create the long-term reward strategy for the business across the UK. Building a brand-new reward strategy from the ground up and presenting to c suite executives. Critically monitor and review current policies and practices. Support the delivery of the business agenda through total reward strategy. Present and engage with senior level executives. Core Experience and Skills Rolled out rewards strategies and policies for companies of over 1000 headcount. Be familiar with different grading systems and banding within a business. Have used data to drive decisions being able to present key findings to stakeholders. Technical reward expertise. What’s in it For You? £6,000 car allowance. Discretionary bonus.
