Position: Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant Salary: Up to £85,000 (Experience-dependent) Partnership: Microsoft Gold partner Location: Anywhere in the UK Company: Specialized Dynamics 365 partner Role Overview: As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, your role is to implement and enhance BC software, advocating its use in businesses, and advising on best practices. This is a full-time position with occasional travel. Success requires teamwork, communication, self-management, and working independently under direction. Collaborating with external clients throughout the project life cycle, from estimation and costing to development, testing, deployment, support, and training. Working with third-party partners to integrate Business Central with other systems. Engaging with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and business challenges. Leading and facilitating workshops to analyze and design solutions for various applications and addressing gaps identified during prototyping. Translating designs and business requirements into a physical implementation. Converting functional requirements into technical specifications and design documents. Testing customizations within the D365 BC system and working with customers through the acceptance process. Integrating D365 Business Central into the customer's technology ecosystem. Providing input and support for the implementation of the D365 BC functional strategy. Ensuring project milestones are met through daily communication with customers and/or project managers. Participating in sales and marketing activities to promote our D365 BC capabilities. Experience & Skills: Profound Microsoft Dynamics BC knowledge Prior experience in software consulting Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering Strong problem-solving capabilities Adaptability in communicating with users of different technical levels Skill in building positive customer relationships Eagerness to gain experience in other product areas
