Informatica MDM Consultant Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end migration process, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and quality throughout the transition. Configure and customize Informatica MDM components to align with the new SaaS environment. Develop and implement data governance, quality, and stewardship processes to support the new platform. Provide expertise in data modeling, integration, and architecture design to support the transition. Monitor the migration process and resolve any technical challenges that arise. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems. Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams to support the ongoing management of the new MDM platform. Offer post-migration support to ensure the stability and performance of the new system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with Informatica MDM implementation, migration, and support. Proven track record in transitioning MDM solutions from on-premises to cloud-based platforms. Strong understanding of AWS and Google cloud environments, specifically in relation to MDM solutions. Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant database technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various teams. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with flexibility to operate in Canadian time zones if based offshore or nearshore. Preferred Skills: Certification in Informatica MDM or related technologies. Experience in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with other Informatica tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, etc. Knowledge of modern SaaS platforms and cloud-based data management best practices.
