Sales Lead - Financial Services (Technology)

This role will focus on driving Sales within BFSI (Banking and Financial Services Institutions), for UK and Europe. Accountable for: Business Development and Strategy activities and liaise with senior members of Bounteous x Accolite in the UK to deliver best results. Heading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic, and operational plans to grow the market for Bounteous x Accolite. Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and development of new leads / prospects. Experience required: Successful record of New Sales and relationships / references network to build pipeline. Extensive understanding of various domains and C level connects in the Financial Services market. Demonstrable skills of bid management with understanding of the procurement systems and financial modelling techniques. Commercial acumen – development of innovative offerings along with the delivery teams. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills. Record of presenting to Executive or Shareholder Boards. Ability to create new and innovative commercial models.
