Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Data/ML Platform) to join our San Francisco team. This role focuses on building and optimizing the foundational systems for our data-centric AI solutions. If you are passionate about working with data and machine learning, this position is designed for you.

As a Software Engineer (Data/ML Platform), your primary responsibility will be to develop the data and ML systems that power our intuitive web application. You will work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to translate innovative algorithms into functional systems. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring our platform operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Productionize algorithms developed by the ML team, focusing on data ingestion, processing, ML training, and inference.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Ideate and prototype novel features based on ongoing research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into product improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in complex projects.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and associated libraries (e.g., Polars, Arrow, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
