About the Role:

As an Experienced Backend Engineer, you will be at the core of our technical team, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable infrastructure to support our data processing needs. Your role will involve engineering a high-throughput data platform and orchestrating workloads across large clusters. You will work closely with our data research and data crawling teams to ensure our infrastructure meets the demands of petabyte-scale data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable infrastructure for high-throughput data processing and AI training.
• Optimize distributed systems and manage data ingestion, processing, and query pipelines.
• Lead technical architectural decisions and provide mentorship to other engineers.
• Identify and address performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and security issues.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to streamline operations and deliver solutions.
