Customer Support Analyst – Danish Speaking - Home based Job Title: Customer Support Analyst – Danish Speaking Location: UK (Remote) Work Schedule : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (UK time) to align with the time zone in Denmark. As part of our dynamic support team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our farm technology systems, driving efficiency and sustainability across the agricultural sector. What you\\\'ll be doing: Provide first-line support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues across all Feedlync platforms via phone, email, and web chat. Log, track, and resolve support tickets in line with KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers, guiding them on best practices to maximize the value of Feedlync products. Monitor customer adoption and performance during the early stages of implementation, providing proactive follow-up and support. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize customer experience. Participate in out-of-hours on-call rotations to ensure high-impact customer issues are addressed promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer within the team. What you\\\'ll bring: Fluency in Danish (for roles supporting Danish customers) and English, with additional languages being a plus. Experience in a customer support or service role, ideally within a fast-paced, technical environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and find effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes. IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. A passion for technology and/or the agricultural industry, with a willingness to learn and engage with farming communities.
