Senior Game Producer AR/VR/Immersive Tech in Gaming £60,0000 - £75,000 per annum UK based (Remote) We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Game Producer to join our client's UK team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire development process of our VR games, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Job Description: As a Senior Game Producer, you will: Lead and manage the game development team, providing direction and support throughout all phases of development. Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of all game components and cohesive project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets. Ensure games are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery that aligns with industry standards and client expectations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. Liaise with clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment with project goals. What You’ll Need: A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Game Producer, with a proven track record in VR game development. Strong technical knowledge of VR game development tools and technologies, including Unity and Unreal Engine. Excellent project management skills, including experience leading teams and managing budgets. The ability to identify risks, prioritise tasks, and drive problem-solving efforts to overcome challenges. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management software and tools, such as Jira, workflow management, release planning, prioritisation, backlog management, resource planning, and scheduling with Gantt charts.
