Role Overview and Features: The Senior CRM Manager will spearhead developing and managing the strategy for CRM within the business. This role involves driving applications, optimizing customer messaging, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance contact strategies. You will also have one direct report (Senior CRM Executive). Essential Skills: Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations. Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements. Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies. Interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with sector-specific products.
