Role Overview and Features: The Senior CRM Executive will be in charge of leading the development and build of CRM projects and communications to support a range of lifecycle stages of products. Working alongside the CRM, analytics and data partners, you will define the audience segmentation, contact strategies manual and automated campaigns. Essential Skills: Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations. Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements. Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies. Interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with sector-specific products.
