Digital Fundraising Officer Salary: £31,500 per annum Location: Hybrid (London office Home) Working Model: Full-time, permanent, Hybrid 1-2 days a week) We are working with a leading international health development charity, committed to transforming health outcomes across Africa. With a presence in 35 countries, our client is at the forefront of improving healthcare access, tackling communicable and non-communicable diseases, and addressing the social determinants of health. This role is integral to their ambitious growth plans, aiming to triple their unrestricted income by 2030. The Digital Fundraising Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s digital presence and fundraising capabilities. The role requires a dynamic individual who will create and implement innovative digital campaigns, optimise online user journeys, and generate compelling content to engage and grow the donor base. The Digital Fundraising Officer will: Support the growth of the donor base through digital acquisition methods, boosting individual giving. Manage online fundraising campaigns, including creating email and social media appeals. Oversee the website's day-to-day management, focusing on usability, SEO, and content creation. Develop and implement targeted campaigns, collaborating with external agencies. Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, optimising for increased traffic and donations. Essential Skills: Demonstrable experience in digital fundraising or marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Cultural sensitivity and alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
