As an Amazon Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring seamless client experiences while working at the cutting edge of eRetail and Retail Media. The Amazon Account Manager will: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Evangelise the company’s services and technology to drive client success Develop quarterly and annual growth plans for clients based on data-driven strategies Manage client engagement to continually exceed performance goals in eCommerce Navigate the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media to deliver exceptional results Essential Skills: Incredible Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central experience Proven ability to build strategic relationships at senior levels Strategic, thorough and proactive in their approach.
