WorkForce Time and Attendance and Scheduling Configuration Specialist

Job Title: Senior WorkForce Time and Attendance and Scheduling Configuration Specialist (SAP Cloud Development) Location: 250 Bloor St E, Toronto, Ontario Duration: 156 Weeks(3 years) Skills and Certifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WorkForce Software Configuration Consultant for Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations. Minimum of 2 large scale Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations using WorkForce Software in an environment of equivalent in size and scope to the TTC with 3000 collective bargaining agreement time rules. WFS certification in Configuration for Time and Attendance Management, Absent Management, Leave Request, and Scheduling associated Workbooks. WFS certification in interface building (build integrations between the WorkForce Suite and other HRMS products) Extensive experience in reviewing and assessing client business requirements and mapping them to the Solution, within a collective bargaining agreement time rules environment. Strong technical and analytical aptitude and experience to facilitate business requirements sessions/workshops Experience designing, configuring, testing collective bargaining agreement time business rules in WorkForce Solution Expertise creating test scripts and executing unit test scripts Expertise supporting WorkForce Solution testing and take ownership of defect resolution Experience in supporting of integration design between cloud and on-premise applications Provide expertise in WFS CJS Job Scheduling Configuration Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain complex processes.
