Senior UX Researcher Overview: As the Senior UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in shaping user-centric strategies for multiple groundbreaking projects. With a strong background in user research, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover user needs, inform design decisions, and enhance digital experiences. Senior UX Researcher Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Design and execute usability studies, user interviews, surveys, and field research. Synthesize findings into actionable insights that drive design and business strategies. Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are implemented effectively. Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to inform design decisions. Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Stay current with UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve practices. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to fostering a user-centered culture within the organization.
