That was just practice. The real story begins now. Your Mission You'll craft AI experiences that feel like magic with elegance under the hood. This means: Push the boundaries of what AI can do in consumer products Ship fast and iterate with relentless focus on quality Build systems that scale flawlessly under enormous demand The Bar is High We're looking for the engineers with obsessive attention to craft. This role involves: AI App Development: Architect and build high-performance, consumer-facing AI apps from scratch. Rapid prototyping, launching, iterating. Hands-on ownership from conception to deployment. Frontend Engineering: Design and deploy fluid, ultra-responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js. Aim for lightning speed and intuitive user experiences. AI/LLM Integration & Optimization: Implement, fine-tune, and scale state-of-the-art AI/LLM models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Deploy models on AWS infrastructure for performance at scale. Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Ship new features quickly, gather feedback, and refine until they’re groundbreaking. Speed and impact are everything. Scalability & Performance Tuning: Architect solutions that handle millions of requests without breaking a sweat. Monitor and optimize performance relentlessly. Qualifications Full-Stack Proficiency: Extensive experience designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications. Frontend Mastery: Expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS. AI/ML Expertise: Optimizing and deploying LLM and/or Diffusion models that actually perform. Infrastructure Skills: Experience with AWS and deployment pipelines. Scaling from zero to millions. Execution Under Pressure: Thrive in high-speed environments. Ship, iterate, and refine with obsessive attention to detail.
