As far as I know -

They pay NET 45 with a $30 minimum payout.

So at the end of the month, if you have made over $30, then 45 days later you will be paid (+ postage time).

    Cheers

I would be very careful with BannerConnect. I am still waiting for my April payment. Their payment process is more like questionable than net anything.

According to their Net45 policy payments should have been sent out yesterday for April - I have also selected to receive payments through PayPal to avoid any problems with WireTransfer, as they have been blaming their inability to pay publishers on.

If I don't receive my payment within the coming days, I'll do my best to raise a hot, warm, not-so-cosy place-thing for them, because I've been giving them all the benefits of the doubts.

Yea, I go the problem with the "Wire Transfer" e-mail also. Now a days, it is kind of hard to screw a wire transfer up. Very strange, and I still do not know what is going on with them.

I'm waiting for their April payment as well, they seem like dissappeared now? Or is it because of payment time? I'm going to email them, don't like when people break their contract.

I would call them if I were you guys
    - I'm not due any payment at the moment, but if I was awaiting a late cheque - I would at least call the company involved.

They list their addresses and phone numbers here:

Did this last week. Waiting for a response. Called their European office. I've been speaking to some other publishers that are in Europe. Might join them and try to go after them in the Holland courts. Not sure how this works. Need to find more info about this. Knew it was to good to be true.

OnlineGuide, are you still waiting for last month's payment? Or are you talking about the payment that should be or is made today?

edit: I didn't read the 'April payment' part that you said in the post above. Do you mean the payment that should be made April (which would mean a huge delay) or the money that you accumulated for the month April that should be sent out yesterday (but which is sent out today, what I understood from their reply to my email).

I emailed them yesterday, and they said that they sent to half of publishers, and other half they will be sending today. However, they did not calculated anything, remember on 26th April everything was messed up and earnings went down? Luckely for me it's not much something like 15-30 bucks difference, but for publishers like kidbuu it's a few hundreds...Blaming DART in this situation is not professional at all, they should control and watch what's going on there if you are in this business.

Yes, I feel bad about the messed up recalculations They told me that they would reinburse the difference as soon as they get the recalculations (no way I'm gona lose over $400 by some promised recalculations that never got there), but I'm still confident they will.

When I asked them yesterday if I could switch from wire payment to paypal payment, they said they already sent out the wire payment to me. So I shall wait and see, in 4 days I will know whether I got that payment or not.

Another day has passed, and no payments - Even though the responded to my e-mail yesterday saying that it would go through today, at the latest.

    I am somewhat pissed atm.

I can't understand why are you still using them? There are plenty reliable ad networks.

Some of you are old SP members... too bad, you didn't learn something from here... My BannerConnect signup request is still in "Deleted" box. I've never use it. Why? Take a look here:
    http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/show...=bannerconnect
    http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/show...=bannerconnect
    and so on...

How could you work with such non-professional networks? Sorry guys but i think you deserve your fate

Back in March, everyone was talking about them in a positive way. I usually try to give new networks the benefit of the doubt, but as of now, I will not be doing this any longer. Just staying with the trusted ones, FastClick, Tribal Fusion, Burst, RealTech, ValueClick, and Buds. No more chances for me. People reading this should heed my advice.

Besides the problems BC had/has, they give me better rates then any other ad network I tried so far (note: I didn't get accepted into any of the major ad networks). And considering they sent my payment on time for March (though I had a delay receiving it), I still have faith in them and keep serving their ads.

    Netfusion,

I think you don't know the situation here. They are 3rd in my chain, no way I'm putting them first. So, they get mostly european & asian trafffic, which goes unsold with me. Once I find similar network that has something to serve to european & asian traffic I will definitely switch to it, and regarding payment, didn't receive it yet either(via paypal).

Interesting. Perry said it could take up to two business days for the payments to be processed. So yeah, today would be the day, in that case. We'll see.
