Does PHPMailer have the ability to setup an hourly batch? If I have 1000 clients and want to contact all clients but server limit is 500 mails per hour, can I have set batch? I don’t mean a newsletter script lije phplist, is it possible to set batch with phpmailer? And can you compare phpmailer vs zend framework mailer? What are cons of each of them vs each other?
