hello in my site I tried to install yoast free but i found videos on youtube which say that rank math is better than yoast

In what ways is it supposed to be better?
You can use yoast as it is vastly use in websites for SEO . Rankmath is also good. Personaly i prefer Yoast.
But why? In what aspect? Are there cases where you would install Rankmath instead?
In the free version, there is almost no difference between them. if you are using the free version anyway, why not try each one? It takes about one hour to evaluate the functionality of each.
