XhtmlChop Fraud?

Hi guys,

I ordered one of my designs to be coded psd to wordpress, about a week ago, and the due date was on the 5th of June, I contacted them yesterday and I haven’t heard back!?

I sent money from paypal (credit card), is there a way I can get my money back?

Hope someone can help!! I want my money back… there is no way I can let them get away with it…

I’ve used xhtmlchop in the past, and they always did the job. They give you a time estimate, not a “due date”.

Because this modern trend towards trashing people on the internet over incredibly trivial complaints is very worrying. That’s why.

No they are legit, I was a bit worried that I didn’t get response on the date promised, and I had found a negative review about them earlier which made me a bit suspicious & paranoid. My intention was not to ruin their name… And I do know what fraud means, I was in the in the impression that they took the money and ran… Again I was a bit paranoid after reading a couple bad reviews.

But they offer great service, so far I’m satisfied, they have a very talented team, they can code your design pixel perfect.

@ Paul, I think I had every right to post what I did. Now I was wrong about what I had posted, but when your promised something at a certain date and you don’t hear back, that raises some suspicion, especially when you’ve find a bad review or two. I don’t know why your on my case about it… I think anyone in my position would have done the same.

Why do you accuse them of ‘fraud’ (in thread title)? Have you checked the definition of fraud? Because this isn’t it.

You claim the job was due on Saturday 5th, you contacted them on Saturday 5th and had not received a reply by the time of your post here on Sunday 6th.

And now you’re publicly accusing them of fraud? That’s a very serious allegation to publish on the internet, especially when it’s self-evidently unfounded.
