Wordpress URL

Hi I have a wordpress blog but I want to remove the wordpress extension and
title it something else. https://preferreddentist.wordpress.com/

This is the interface im in. Can I change the URL here? or in my host?

You will need to own the domain which can be purchased at any registrar (godaddy, namecheap…)

Then you will have to pay WP.com to use it on their servers: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
