My WordPress themes stopped working:

My set up: I’m using WordPress 3.2.1 and PHP 5.2.17
Would start with what was the last thing you updated? did you make any stylesheet changes and maybe not close the change? sometimes entering info in a page and not realizing your in html mode? from just looking at the front end its a bit harder. and I will admit I would rather have you check your stylesheets and pages and posts then me 
I’m getting a 404 file not found. Did something happen to your public_html directory? When I was a beginner I accidentally dropped it into a different directory with my FTP program. Open your file manager and see if it’s been accidentally placed somewhere else.
Check file locations and your .htaccess file
