Wordpress slider + 2 banner design

Hi,

I am starting to experiment with wordpress so this is all rather new to me. I’ve just created static web design in the past. Time to play catch up.

I want to experiment with a design that would create a webpage/site, not a blog, that would have a slider + 2 banners next to it as shown in this website:

Is there a free template with a similar slider/banner configuration? I don’t really want to pay for the template for experimentation purposes if I can avoid it. But I can’t quite figure out how to find out if the free templates have this feature.

You can also install a Jquery Slider plugin then you can tweak it in order to display the same way as this one on your example.
